I'm Robyn Feldberg, executive resume writer and career coach. I hold fifteen career-industry certifications, including the Nationally Certified Resume Writer (NCRW) and Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert (NCOPE) credentials, a combination held by only three writers in Texas.

I'm a former President of the National Resume Writers' Association, and an Academy Certified Resume Writer from the Academy's very first graduating class. I've served senior leaders since 2006, and I was named one of the Best 15 Coaches in Dallas for 2026 by Influence Media Digest.

How to choose an executive resume writer

Choosing a writer at this level is a real decision, and you should vet anyone you're considering, including me. Here are the questions worth asking:

Are you certified, and by whom? Look for credentials from the profession's own bodies, spelled out, not a string of initials nobody explains.

Who actually writes my documents? With me, the answer is me. One advisor, from our first conversation to your offer. No handoffs, no junior writer.

What's your process? You should hear a method, not a turnaround time. Mine is below.

How do revisions work? We don't count revision rounds. We keep refining your documents together until you're confident they represent you at your best. Revisions stay anchored to the strategy and objectives we set at the start of your engagement.

Will you show me the investment up front? My prices are published on this site. You'll always know the exact investment before anything starts.

Do you work at my level? A writer who serves everyone serves no one in particular. My practice is senior leaders only.

One-on-one, start to finish. Every step is aligned with your vision, and you work with me directly, from diagnosis to offer.

Honest timelines. If you know your target, the full process typically takes about two weeks. If you need help defining the target first, plan on one to three months. You'll get a specific timeline on your Clarity Call, after you apply, before anything starts.

Confidential. Most of my clients are still employed when we start. We talk on your personal email and your personal phone, never your work accounts. I never contact your employer or anyone in your network about you, and your name appears nowhere (no testimonial, no client list) without your written permission.

It's not bragging if it's true. Most of my clients are deeply uncomfortable "selling themselves." I tell them what I grew up hearing in Texas: it ain't bragging if it's true. Your resume isn't boasting, it's giving a hiring manager the information they need to make an informed decision. Leave the evidence out and you're not being modest. You're making their decision harder, and your value easier to miss.
