Executive Career Coaching for Senior Leaders
Work that rewards you personally, professionally, and financially, that’s what I call abundant success.
Are you a senior executive who is good at your job and quietly done with it, up against a ceiling, working for a new boss you didn't choose, or wondering what the market would make of you? That's who I coach.
This is one-on-one work on the questions documents can't answer: where you should compete next, how to be found without being exposed, how to walk into the room as the clear choice, and how to negotiate what you're worth when you get there.
There's no program to buy into and no timeline promised, just a clear target, a strategy built around your record, and a partner who will tell you the truth at every step.
Most senior leaders don't come to coaching because of a bad resume. They come because the role stopped growing, and they can feel themselves going stagnant. Coaching is where we fix the direction first, then the documents: where should you compete next, and how should the market see you?
What coaching covers
One-on-One Coaching: Structured sessions to explore your strengths, interests, and values, then build a career roadmap aligned with your goals.
Direction First: Before any document is written, we decide where you should compete and which opportunities are worth pursuing.
Personal Branding: An executive resume, an optimized LinkedIn profile, and an interview narrative that all say the same thing about your value, built from your real target list.
Network Development: A plan to build meaningful connections with the influencers and decision-makers in your target market, including how to show up on LinkedIn with credibility.
Job Search Strategy: A tailored plan using your network, targeted outreach, and recruiter engagement to find the right opportunities, not just the posted ones.
Recruiter Distribution: Your optimized resume distributed through my distribution partner to a handpicked selection of executive recruiters in your target industry, relevance-screened, never a generic blast.
Interview Coaching & Offer Negotiation: Storytelling, handling the hard questions, and negotiating the compensation and terms your next role should carry.
Accountability and Support: I'll be there to support, encourage, and hold you accountable, so you make consistent progress toward your goals.
The method behind the coaching
All of this runs on my 5-Step Process of Intentional Career Evolution™, the methodology I use with every coaching client:
Prioritize the End Result · Gather and Synthesize Relevant Data · Analyze and Interpret Data · Crystallize the Path Forward · Optimize and Synergize
In plain terms: we define what success looks like for you, build the evidence from your record, weigh the real options honestly, commit to a path and build the documents in your voice, then adjust as the search runs. The full step-by-step is on my Why Choose Me page.
How the engagement works
No production line, no junior writer. You work with me from diagnosis to offer, here's how it runs:
Prework: Before our first interview call, you'll receive a list of information to think about and gather, so we start with substance, not a blank page. The strongest resumes carry quantifiable information, proof of performance, not just duties.
Live interviews on Zoom: Deep-dive conversations where I find what your resume has been missing.
Documents written by me: Built from your strategic target and your record, in your voice. Nothing is filled in from a standard form.
Editing together: You review and refine with me in real time. Nothing goes out that you haven't approved.
LinkedIn rebuilt to best practices: Positioned for how recruiters actually find and evaluate candidates.
We don't count revision rounds. We keep refining your documents together until you're confident they represent you at your best, revisions stay anchored to the strategy and objectives we set at the start of your engagement.
Timelines, honestly: If you know your target, the full process typically takes about two weeks. If you need help defining the target first, plan on one to three months. You'll get a specific timeline on your Clarity Call, after you apply, before anything starts.
The investment: Coaching is $250 an hour, quoted case by case after we've talked, so the shape of the work fits your situation, not the other way around.
Confidential. Most clients are employed and exploring quietly. We work through your personal email and phone, and nothing about your search is shared with anyone.
Ready to find out where you should compete next?
Start by applying to work with me, then, if we’re a fit, a free Clarity Call, one conversation. You’ll leave with a clear sense of your options, and your best next step, whether or not we work together.
Go from undersold to sought after, and secure work that fulfills you personally, professionally, and financially.
